Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to 40+ countries. The best way for you to check if we ship to you is to enter your address at checkout. If the order does not go through, please send us an email at shopbookishdreamers@gmail.com. Also, do keep in mind that shipping will cost a little extra and it can take up to 21 days to deliver. 

How long will it take to get my order?

All items are made-to-order, meaning that we will place an order with our print provider to have each product made for you. Since the orders have to ship to me first from my print provider so that I can custom package them, it takes an extra week of processing. Our current processing time is roughly 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR SCREEN-PRINTED AND 21 DAYS FOR EMBROIDERY. 

Please note that the 14-21 business days is a guideline for us, and it's one that we try our best to adhere to. However, sometimes our print providers take longer than usual to ship your products to us and that can result in an extra delay in us getting your orders to you. We apologize about this and wish the print provider shipping times were in our control! We will always try to be communicative about shipping delays though, so make sure to check your emails as that's where all of our communication will occur. <3

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns/exchanges unless there is a special circumstance such as misprint or damage. We highly encourage you to triple check your size and product in your cart before checking out!

I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept size changes. However, since we have a 24-hour window between orders placed with us and us placing them with our print provider, we will typically accept size changes if it is within that 24-hours. So please make sure to send in your request within the 24 hours of placing your order. 

Is there anything I can do to get my product sooner?

If you would like your products sooner, the best option we can offer is called "drop shipping": basically, to request for your order to be sent directly from our print provider. This will often cut the processing time in half, as they do not ship to us first. The downside of this is that your order will not be custom packaged or checked by us! How often do you release products?

We release new products every month in themed collections, as well as tons of surprise launches throughout the year. Follow our Instagram (@shopbookishdreamers) for the most accurate and up to date announcements on upcoming launches. We post regularly on our Instagram!
