SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIMELINES:

All items are made-to-order, meaning that we will place an order with our print provider to have each product custom made for you. Each product has a different estimated processing and shipping time that is listed in every product description on our website. Please read and follow this information carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFORMATION:

Since each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a special circumstance (such as misprint or damage on the item). This is why we highly encourage you to triple check your size and product in your cart before checking out!

ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:

  • Bookish Dreamers has a 24-hour window in which we will allow an order cancellation or change. If this 24-hour window is surpassed, you will not be able to cancel your order. We advise that you triple check your product and its respective processing and shipping time before you place your order.
  • Any size or product changes need to be emailed to us (shopbookishdreamers@gmail.com) with your order number and request within the 24-hour window. After 24 hours, we will no longer be able to edit a size or change to different product for you.
  • If you put in the wrong shipping address in your order, we can change it up until the order is fulfilled and shipped out. To do this, please send us an email with your order number and updated shipping address.Once your order is shipped out by us, we will not be able to change your shipping address.
  • We do not allow order cancellations due to shipping speed. When you place an order, you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions that state you are okay with our specified processing and shipping time.

DROP SHIPPING OPTIONS:

If you would like your products sooner, we can offer a method called "drop shipping”. This means that your order will be shipped directly from our print provider instead of us custom packaging it. You will still wait the processing time we have specified for the product(s), but will skip out on our additional shipping timeline. Please include a note with your order that says “please ship directly from print provider: if you are interested in this option.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Once a package leaves the Bookish Dreamers office, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. Delivery issues are 100% outside of our control. However, we do offer a delivery/package insurance service with every order if you choose. It is through Route, a package tracking and shipping protection provider. We highly encourage you to add the Route insurance to your cart before you place an order, as the Route service protects your order from being lost, damaged or stolen. If you choose to not add the Route option, we are NOT responsible for order compensation.

ORDER DELAYS:

We do not send out or answer any shipping update emails unless we see that your order is past our processing and shipping time. If your order surpasses our specified timeline, we will immediately reach out to you via email with information about the delay.
